Rachel is a Child of God, a wife, and a mother. She began her journey in nutrition to help prevent disease and soon discovered her passion for pediatric nutrition, which over the years expanded to include pre, peri, and postnatal nutrition. Rachel has extensive experience in acute care pediatrics and nutrition support. She now owns a private practice focusing on fertility, prenatal, pregnancy, postnatal, breastfeeding, and infant nutrition. Rachel is a collaborative teammate in your health journey, providing research-based education to help patients make informed decisions as she guides them toward their goals. She believes that nutrition is more than a number on a scale and that consistency over time is key. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, completed an Internship in Dietetics at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and holds a Master’s in Nutrition Science from Texas Woman’s University.
