Staff was friendly and professional. Everything was explained up front. I even watched the staff go out of their way help patients in a way that I’ve never seen. The medical assistant was very thorough. The No prob! Was amazing. She was a great listener and was clear at explaining the rest of the visit and the tests she recommended. The staff sent me a welcome to the practice message after I got home.

The initial assessment was done by someone else and the questions were all something that could've been an email or I could've filled it out myself in the waiting room. I spent MAYBE 5mins with Rachel. It didn't seem like my chart or health information was reviewed ahead of the appointment and overall everything felt incredibly rushed.

From reception greeting area to Nursing assistants then to NP I would rate everything a 10. Friendly informative thorough and most helpful. I felt very comfortable NP Rachel was wonderful addressed all my current concerns & future referrals for all necessary overdue specialists were given. Great experience she has a very calm & caring bedside manner!! Very appreciative to that. I will be returning for a follow up visit in two weeks.

Rachel Lucente is the best healthcare provider I have had in my adult life, and I am 68! She listens, asks appropriate questions, and provides clear and doable solutions to health care concerns. I have been seeing Rachel Lucente for more than ten years (she was at a different healthcare office when I first began seeking her medical treatment). She is an excellent listener and communicator. I count myself quite fortunate to have someone as skilled as she is as my primary health provider.
