The staff I came into contact with were all wonderful and efficient. The parking fee was OUTRAGEOUS even with the validation--$12 for 2 hours. Getting out of the garage was the most stressful part of the visit. Could not recommend this for people who need to drive. I will be taking the bus in the future.
