I was meeting Dr. T. and his staff today, so did not know what to expect as I’m accustomed to receiving specialist care at either NYU, Mount Sinai, or another NYC based practice. I was very pleasantly surprised by Dr. T.’s warmth, the welcome from his staff, how quick and easy ZocDoc made the virtual check in, and last but not least - how competently Dr. T. treated my medical concern. Dr. T. quickly put my fear of vocal chord damage to rest, and was quite insistent I follow his treatment regimen in order to get better. Dr. T. explained everything to be done in advance, and while guiding me through a gnarly diagnostic procedure I hope not to repeat again any time soon. I can laugh now, but heaven only knows how I trusted his care enough to get it done.
I received an impeccable evaluation and treatment - right here in New Rochelle!
If you’ve got allergies, nose, or ear stuff going on - run, don’t walk to see Dr. T. You would be hard pressed to find another “family style” Dr. to provide individualised, expert attention you deserve. I am not easy to please, but I am glad I picked Dr. T. to address my specialist care concern.

Dr. R.T. made me feel comfortable and secure. I'm a little squeamish about certain things, and he put my mind at ease. He had to remove wax from my ear, and i was EXTREMELY nervous about it...you can HEAR every little thing going on AMPLIFIED of course...he is very matter of fact and down to earth. I would recommend Dr. Toshkoff to my friends and family. I was very pleased with the fact that I could get a late appointment and there was no wait. The doctor was very knowledgeable of what my issue was and we found a clear way to treat it. I would highly recommend him, he was very nice, made the my first appointment with him very easy.
