Dr. Hadley is a clinical psychologist with more than 23 years of experience, specializing in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with ADHD, chronic medical conditions, grief and loss, death and dying, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and spirituality. She believes that the relationship and connection between a client and therapist are essential to successful therapy. Her goal is to create a welcoming, trusting space where you can explore the deepest parts of yourself, to question, challenge, heal, forgive, and grow. Dr. Hadley uses a wide variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral and Brief Therapy, Positive Psychology, mindfulness, mindset shift, spirituality and faith-based counseling, mind-body connection, and many other tools to help you treasure the person you are and become the person you long to be.
She earned her Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology degrees from the Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology in La Mirada, CA, which is affiliated with Biola University.
In her free time, Dr. Hadley enjoys learning to play the violin, practices Tai Chi, knits, and pretends to boss around three cats.
