The visit was pleasant. the personnel are very helpful and pleasant. They make you feel very comfortable.

New to the area, booked an appr. His office supports staff are weak and not customer friendly at all.
I had gone to see him for a check-up and blood work (I have high cholesterol). All good so far (well, except for making me wait an hour the first visit). He determines my dosage for my statin. I go 90 days, come back for blood test again.
Go back to see him to go over the results, and the Dr can't see me, did I want to see his assistant? Sure. She keeps my dosage at same level, see you in 90 days.
2 days later the office calls: "we got your blood test results". I reply: "yes, I was in there a few days ago to get them". Ignores my response: "Dr wants to up your dosage to X." Whaaaaat? I retort repeating I had seen his nurse practitioner and was told staying the same and got my 90 day prescription filled, can I talk to the Dr.? "You can make an appointment and see him." Ugh.
So I ask " can you please have the doctor call me?"
Her: "he does not talk to patients that way, only at appointments"
Me: "but, his office has given me conflicting information about my health care. Why should I be inconvenienced of having to make another appointment?"
Her (ignoring me, impatient): "do you want me to call in your prescription?"
Me: "if the Dr values me as a patient, he can call me."
No call.
2 months later, they call to arrange a follow-up. Ignoring my previous issue. I repeat my displeasure and how I would like the Dr to call me. "You can come in."
So, they want me to book (and pay) for an appointment so I can communicate with my Dr. about his mis-communication and mis-dosage consultation without taking any responsibility, nor remorse. What year is this?

Appointments consistently run 30+ minutes behind with no explanations. Assistants and Dr's sit behind the front desk chatting about fantasy football. I personally would not recommend this Dr's office to anyone.
