Dr. Rajiv Nijhawan is a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Dallas, TX. He earned both his bachelor's degree and his medical degree from the University of Miami. Dr. Nijhawan then completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in dermatology at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center. Following his residency, he pursued a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering/Weill Cornell Medical. Dr. Nijhawan holds board certification from the American Board of Dermatology. He is an active member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Affiliated with Parkland Health-Dallas and UT Southwestern Medical Center, he has also been recognized for his academic achievements, having been inducted into the Alpha Epsilon Lambda Graduate Honor Society in 2006 and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society in 2008.
