She was very patient in answering all the questions. Very sweet. She takes time to get to know you, your lifestyle and gives advice based on the same.
She was quick to notice how nervous I became on the mention of blood test. She immediately acknowledged it and had the lab person come into the room instead of me going to the "blood test" room. It was very thoughtful.

Dr. Aslam was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel valued and really listened. I had to wait a little while but I would rather have a doctor that spends time with her patients. She was thorough and asked not only about my condition but about me and my family and my life. I will definitely be seeing her from now on.

She is a jewel! Reminds me of doctors from another era with a high tech approach. Her assistant took time to really ask questions even before she came in and I thought, "that's that" but no. She not only wanted to know my medical history, but about me, the patient. She was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Other offices can take a cue.
I went because of her reviews and have done that before and was totally disappointed! Not this time, she exceeded my expectations in every way. The waiting room was VERY full and busy but I watched several patients while waiting and all were handled wirh care. The lady at the front desk (center as you walk in) was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. The visit was easy in every way. We will continue to use her and recommend for anyone needing a primary. I just want to say thanks.

The receptionist overlooked my appointment, which resulted in a longer wait time. However, Dr. Aslam's professionalism more than made up for it. Everyone was really nice and approachable. Dr. Aslam has a great bedside manner. She seemed to truly care about my well being. I am someone who avoids the doctor's office, but Dr. Aslam made me feel very comfortable. So, I look forward to working with her to help better myself!

Very professional but personable. Showed interest in what I said and responded with valuable information. Wait was exactly on time. Only complaint is that ZocDoc doesn't input directly into the doctor's system, although it was accessible and sped up the input in the office.

very thorough. I'm so used to having doctors rush through my visit and I end up spending more time with the nurse or check-in desk, she asked me more questions than any doctor just about my lifestyle in general. she had a genuine concern with my life and immediately did what she needed to help me find resolution. I have been in this city for about 6 years now and yet had not taken the time to find a primary care physician until now. I was mainly going to clinics. I feel Miss Aslam was very personable and she helped me to tackle a range of issues on my first visit. I was about 20 minutes late because of traffic and they still got me back in a very reasonable time. I plan on making her my Primary physician.

I loved Dr. Aslam's relaxed, personable demeanor; she was very informative & attentive. I've decided to use her as my primary care doctor going forward. I would recommend that her supporting staff give more effort to patient care & being on the same page as there was an incident in which I'd completed the medical forms on zocdoc.com; however, the receptionist was unaware of this & didn't know how to access the forms because the responsible person had left for lunch. Also, I had to wait an extra day to receive my prescriptions because the nurse incorrectly faxed them to Walgreens' landline number.

My first visit with Dr. Rakshanda was amazing. She was very thorough. At first I thought all of the paperwork reviewing family history was cumbersome. However, during my face-to-face consultation with her she was adamant about detailing any ailments my family has even though I was only experiencing a sinus infection. She encouraged me to return for a full physical and made me more conscious and aware of my health. I didn't feel like I was one of many patients as she was genuinely concerned about me and my family's medical history. She was very personable and I can tell the staff at this clinic is treated well because they were all in a good mood. Although I felt very ill, the visit was a pleasant departure from my typial doctor visits. I will be returning for sure.

Dr. Aslam took very good care of me. Her nursing staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Aslam took the time to listen and ran some test that I needed, like an EKG, bone density and checked me out for the problems I came in for. Her bedside manners are excellent and she took her time with me. I would highly recommend her!
