when provider entered room and was given reason for visit- she told me that she specializes in liver. I know it wasn't her fault as I called the call center for the appointment, and they didn't know. So she did not seem to concerned with my problems. provider examined me while sitting in a chair- due to issues being stomach related, she never had me lay down for a full examination
