He is very attentive to my issues. He does not rush in and rush out. He is engaged in conversation about my medical concerns and answers all questions. The staff is very professional and listen to me as well, even after the appointment until I leave.
Dr.Jackson is an Awesome Dr. With Great Bed side manner,Treatment & knowledge of his profession. 5????? A+++++++
Dr. Jackson was not as thorough as I had hoped. He didn't ask many questions or connect to well with me about my diabetes or pain symptoms. He did assure me that he would help me with my needed prescriptions.
He was the worst doctor ever been to he doesn't care about how we actually feel he's going to pay you no attention rondout and white strips I will never ever go back to this man he needs his license stripped
A little faster than most doctors which is nice.
By the time I updated my first-of-the-year paperwork that took less than ten minutes to complete, I was called by the medical assistant. The medical assistant was courteous and attentive to my concerns while making notes. Shortly thereafter I was seen by Dr. Jackson, who is keen, knowledgeable and experienced. He followed up appropriately with the concerns that I expressed to the medical assistant. After a few minutes the medical assistant returned to discharge me. My appointment was efficient, pleasant and flawless. By the way: I scheduled my appointment online with ease. (20 plus year patient)
LOST MY LAB RESULTS AND I HAD TO CALL TO FIND THIS OUT AFTER 3 WEEKS!!!!
The nurse or MA that initially called me back from the waiting room and also escorted me out of the office after my visit was very professional and warming. I am usually nervous when I visit the doctor but she made sure I was comfortable and she was very diligent. The PA was also very nice and listened to what I had to say. The front desk was very welcoming. The only problem was when I first walked in to the clinic the window at the Front desk was closed for some time. I wasn't sure if I should knock the window to be checked in or sit and wait to be assisted. I would recommend front desk to make sure that the window remains open from the moment the clinic opens until closing time. Other than that, everything was great I would highly recommend my friends and family to be patients here.
He addressed all my concerns and provided referrals for MRI's . He also made suggestions and recommendations for over the counter supplements that I was taking. I love the office atmosphere, the friendly staff and professionalism as well as the locations.
It was great , and they really listen
I was running behind but the doctor wasn't in. I was offered to see the nurse practitioner instead. The zoc doc information that I filled out prior to my appointment was not transferred over so I spent an additional 15 minutes filling out the paperwork again.
That was very nice and welcoming. But the wait was long and was not really satisfied with my visit.
Nice clean office. Nice staff. Doctor was patient and efficient. Dr. Jackson listened. Provided the help needed. I will return. I do recommend to others.
Love his care, listens well
The nurse and tech were clueless to a lot of things. They were rushing in trying to take my blood. I was stuck 4 times and nothing. I was then told that I would have to go to a lab and get my blood drawn. The lab closed at 5:00 and it was 4:55. I had several questions for the doctor. He never came back in after the exam. I was given 4 prescriptions and I didn't know what they were for. The doctor nor the nurse explained anything to me. I left the office clueless! I'm looking for a new general practitioner.
Very attentive and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable speaking to him about other issues and accepted his recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson for any medical treatments.
Staff was friendly and the doctor took the time to answer my questions. I will see this physician again.
Dr. Jackson is awesome. Tell him my medical worries & he puts me at ease. Have made him my daughter's PCP because I trust him.
He asked about my specific condition, then followed up with any other conditions, and updated my prescriptions and scheduled a follow up to discuss lab results.
Seems to me like the Doctor has too many patients and I was not notified as a new patient that on my returning appointment I would need to be at a different office..Was not very satisfied with either of the several visits, finally have decided to find another doctor. Also the way they bill isn't fair , I should never have paid for labs but because they Make you see the Dr. on the lab day just so that they can bill for an "office visit" just seemed really wrong, for the patient. Its their right to do , but never before....
I absolutely love Dr. Ralph Jackson. He's always a pleasure to see and always in a great mood. He listens to your complaints and recommends exactly what you would need.
Not really happy with the bedside manner. Treated like a number.
My question or concern is that I was offered to fill out a online history and questionnaire. Tis was done before I went to the office for my appt. but when I got there that information was not available for me....Whatl happened to it and why do you offer it if it is not shared information to the office...Thanks
I'm completely shocked at the wait time that I experienced. I really felt that making an appointment was pointless and I should habe just waliked in.
Dr. Jackson and his staff seemed professional and dedicated, although it seemed they were much more interested in patients that have existing and more urgent conditions. I am not convinced this is the place for preventative medicine and regular check ups, which is what I was pursuing. This is not a bad comment, just an observation.
Dr. Jackson was very professional and seemed knowledgable.
I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for around 13 years. He is very thorough, listens and cares.
I ALWAYS left the office confused and frustrated. This is my health I'm concerned with and the office didn't seem to care. I wouldn't take a sickly, dying dog to this office. Anytime I ever tried to call the office number (they have several numbers for you to call) I NEVER got through. I always had to just show up at the office to get answers; VERY unprofessional!!!
I would definitely visit this doctor again as well as refer others .All was well .Thank you .
Had a 9:15am appt, got there and signed in. The receptionist asked me to take a seat. By 9:50am she called me to the front desk and asked "do you have an appt?" Really???? If they can't keep or find an appt I will not trust them with my medical care.
It was pretty generic. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable but not very personal. The staff was very nice.
I didn't feel that he care about his patience. I have lupus and he didn't do anything but take blood. Never request no medical records or gave me a referral to a Rhumatogist. The only call I got was to say that my blood work was normal when I knew it wasn't.
Does not follow up on blood work and hard to call in for prescriptions. Because he failed to review my blood work and notify me that I was borderline diabetic I ended up in the ICU 2 months after my visit. Worst bedside manner ever!
The visit with Dr. Ralph Jackson, was very pleasant and his staff was also, as well as very professional. For a new patient from the receptionist desk, back to the treatment area all was clean and displayed a serene, comfortable atmosphere.
Very nice doctor and staff!
I came in under my granddaughter, because she feels that Dr. Jackson does well with her husband when he treats him. So, I was impressed and thought Dr. Jackson was very nice. His staff was very caring and kind too.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very efficient and personable staff.
I thought he was professional and curtious.
This was my first visit. Friendly staff, short wait time, painless blood draw and the doctor was very relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable.
I love Dr. Jackson. Very cool laid back and fast. He got me in and out. Also, everyone of the staff I interacted with were so plesant to me.
His staff seemed unhappy and somewhat rude. I had my records from my previous doctor and they didn't even bother to make a copy for my file (even after I asked). I preregistered online and the receptionist asked me to fill out the paperwork again with checking the system. She took my medical card and license and left me standing there without saying please have a seat, I had to asked her. The office appeared unclean and not well maintained. When it was time to give blood they couldn't find a tourniquet and took 10 minutes to locate one. I don't plan on going back to this office and I'd never recommend or advise anyone to go.
I had no problems with this doctor, but I had problems with his staff. They scheduled me at the wrong location twice and never called me back about my refill for a medicine that I must take for the rest of my like. I showed up for appointments and their office was closed, but was scheduled to be open in Lawerenceville. Never again! I wasted my time and missed time off of my job.
Staff was very efficient and Dr Jackson quickly diagnosed my illness. I was very impressed with professionalism of staff. I was also able to book appt online via ZocDoc without any problem. This is a great feature. I would highly recommend Dr Jackson to my family & friends !!
Great! All of the staff in Dr. Jackson's office are very friendly and make you feel at ease during your visit.
It was a good experience beginning with the front office. Each person made me feel welcome and that I mattered to them.
My visit was fine. We will see how my treatment goes then I can write more.
The doctor was thorough, ordered diagnostic tests to know what the problem is. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable.
I was very Happy and pleased with my office visit and I was happy with the results,
He's an excellent doctor & I trust his advice.
on time and very polite nurses and other office workers.
I had a good experience there, other then a assistance being unorganized and walking in the wrong room while I was waiting for the Doctor. luckily I was still dressed.
It went great
Dr Jackson is an amazing doctor he went above and beyond to help my husband and we are grateful....am so blessed to have found a exceptional primary care physician for our family
Everything went great
As a first time patient I think the visit was great. Dr. Jackson had a full schedule for the day with patients waiting as I arrived but that did not delay my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and only had a 15 min wait before I was taken to the back. The receptionist and physicians assistant were both pleasant and professional. Dr. Jackson was thorough in explaining things to me and listened to my concerns. My entire visit which included vitals, EKG, blood drawn, consultation with Dr. Jackson, and a referral took a little over 1 hour. Great job for a first visit!
He's been my doctor for over 15 years & I wouldn't trust another doctor. He's an excellent doctor.
He was attentive and listened to my concerns particularly my fear of needles. He gave me a chance to voice other medical issues but I was mainly concern with the pain that I was experiencing upon my arrival to the office. I willl definitely visit him in the future and will appoint him as my primary care physician.
I've been going to Dr Jackson for many years and he is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend him.
Very Old Time friendly.
I love the staff, from the time i visit the window the staff your great. The nurse was great and easy on the eyes too. I forgot all about her giving me a shot. She was so good i did not feel it nor did i cry, I'm 43 and til this day i never like going to the doctor, now i will gladly go back and make this doctor my regular doctor, THANK ALL
I Think He's A Very Good Doctor
Dr Jackson and his staff are very caring and thorough. You will be treated right and will not be rushed through a process. I always have a good experience when I have to make an office visit!
Ver Godd Visit.
VERY PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE. GOT RIGHT TO THE POINT. NOT A LOT OF FLUFF.
Very personable and friendly. Visit was 5 minutes with doctor.
Dr. Jackson and his staff were great.
