Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a first appointment, which extended the wait time while I filled out paperwork but certainly wasn't by fault of anyone on staff. Everyone from check-in to next steps at check-out was extremely friendly, approachable, and clear. Can't recommend it enough. Despite coming in for the last appointment of the day and needing additional tests and exams that weren't expected, I never felt rushed or as if I couldn't keep asking questions.

Dr. Vetters was incredibly kind, caring and understanding. Medical appointments are usually very difficult and emotional for me, but Dr. Vetters made me feel very comfortable right away. He is wonderful about LGBTQ+ health concerns, vaccines and birth control. Definitely recommend!
