I am not sure what happened with Dr. Rama. She was my MD for about 10 years. Since moved to Amita; staff is horrible, no return calls, can't get an appointment, wrong billing (billing for services did not have in her office), etc. Sent a signature request and check to sign off for my car. Sent in April week 17th 2017, called in May, called in June x 3, sent a fax in June. Finally, June 20 received call back from her staff (finally) stating she did not have my ortho records and no one from office even requested either. Dr Rama did not even request another office visit. I still on cane with 1 hip replacement / and other sever arthritis. I have to find another doctor. I just don't know what happened.

This Dr. clearly knows her stuff, and the time to be seen from the front wasn't bad. However, after being seen by the nurses, the wait time inside the patient room can get pretty long, and the sound insulation so poor. This makes it easy to hear discussions outside the patient room, and it sometimes lowers opinion of professionalism. That is, until the Dr. comes in and is pleasant and knowledgeable.

She is always very caring and listens to my mom and me whenever we visit her with our health issues or when we need her help to get my moms medicines refilled. We completely trust her with our care and consider her like family. Another plus, she always greets us with a smile and that always puts us at ease.
