I didn’t care for this facility or the staff. The facility was most concerning, it looked as though they were mid renovation/remodel. Outlets did not have covers on them, wood paneling was unfinished/roughly cut. Even the bathrooms had napkins (actual napkins) instead of paper towels. The woman at the reception was friendly and helpful, but it stopped there. The Dr. and Nurse both asked minimal questions and the Dr. seemed uninterested and rushed. I don’t think the medical care received was poor necessarily, but everything added up just was very unnerving.

Pa was unwilling to listen to my concerns and was judgmental on my concerns and requests.
Administrative staff had to be replaced mid check in as they had zero knowledge of medical field and english must be second language at this facility. Very difficult to communicate with. Advertised as urgent care but only open 8-5 and can not prescribe any narcotics. My primary request was nausea medicine and they acted like I shouldn’t even get that after having a foot of colon removed.
Their bedside manner might be more suited to Indian or Middle East nationalities with no language barriers.
