My appt was at 10 am. I arrived at 950 am and was not seen until 1050 am. an hour wait is unacceptable for a patient that has an appt.

He diagnosed my ear infection before cleaning my ears out with a water pump. 2 days later both ears were infected, for a week.
I have always been a patient there

On time and very accurate and state of the art.I like the fact that blood-work is done there and I am not running all over Tampa trying to get that done after my aptointment Medication was ready at Walgreens by the time I drove over there I didn't have to carry the script and wait an hour for them to fill it

i was very satisfied.

Very awkward and uncomfortable experience. The nurse didn't know what she was doing and she kept telling me to change into a gown even when I told her I was not there for a gyn annual/pap smear. She also did not seem confident drawing my blood.
Good side: the dr is quick and to the point. His practitioner is very personable and kind. The whole ordeal is always quick and I've never waited over 5 minutes in the waiting room Bad side: I caught the front desk secretaries laughing and talking loudly about my form of payment one time (had to use sisters credit card over the phone because I forgot I had appointment and didn't have the money that day) they thought id gone back into the patient room but I forgot something and came back out and caught them. That sucked. Also They seem to lose my info in the appointment schedule often (I call to confirm time and they can't find my appointment/say my name is not listed in the appointment schedule and then later they "find" it; , has happened 3 times) and it's hard to communicate with the person in charge of prescriptions (I often don't get a call back, or go to pick up my prescription paper at the office and it's not been processed even though I called to have it processed the day before)
Everyone was professional and kind.

While I didn't see the actual doctor I saw what I believe was the physicians assistant. She was very pleasant and felt like she was doing a through job. I got to my appointment early was called back within minutes.
I have been coming to his office for over 2 years now. Overall a good experience. He has helped me with anxiety that i was struggling with for a long time. Dr. Santiago is very nice. Will keep coming for sure.
Verified patient
Friendly staff and bilingual.
My appointment time was at 10:30 and I got there early to fill out paper work. I was let into the exam room at 10:30 and a nurse quickly went through the standard procedures for new patients. Then, I proceeded to wait AN HOUR in the room. At 30 minutes, I heard chatter outside the door with a mispronunciation of my name, but it took them another 30 minutes before the practitioner came in. The practitioner was very knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner. Staff up at the front desk is rude. When asked if they could call in a prescription after having it printed out, I was given an attitude with "Well, why can't you just drop it off yourself?" Note that the only pharmacy I can use is in Brandon and it would've been much easier for me to have in called in before I drove. I was told my test results would be in within the week. I called in at the end of the week and after being on hold for about 8 minutes was denied the information even though it was in since the practitioner was not there to read it. Understandable for liability reasons, but when I asked if the doctor could read it when he had the chance, I was once again given an attitude by the staff saying "He's with patients". Am I not also a patient of your facility? Does he not have a single minute between patients? Especially considering that when I had an appointment, I was in the 3rd earliest available slot time and I still had an extremely long wait.
It was a very good experience for my 17 yr old granddaughter. He was precise and allowed her to explain the issues we were there for.
