Dr. Ramone F. Williams is a dermatologist at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Williams received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and Master of Philosophy in Translational Medicine and Therapeutics from the University of Cambridge. She completed internship in Internal Medicine at Harvard Medical School and residency in dermatology at Albert Einstein/ Montefiore.
Dr. Williams is experienced in treating all skin types and is an expert in skin of color dermatology. A dedicated patient advocate and clinician, Dr. Williams is devoted to fostering lasting relationships with her patients. She offers skin checks, skin cancer screening, mole checks and focused skin exams. Treatment is available for a wide range of conditions including rashes, acne, eczema, dark spots, psoriasis, keloids, warts, fungal infections and hair loss to name a few.
Also skilled in procedural dermatology, Dr. Williams offers skin biopsies, excisions of cysts and other skin lesions. She also offers minor cosmetic procedures including neurotoxin injections (Botox ®) which relaxes wrinkles and deoxycholic acid injections (Kybella ®) which reduces excess fat under the chin.
Dr. Williams has been recognized internationally for her commitment to improving the lives of others with the prestigious Gates Cambridge Scholarship from the Gates Cambridge Trust. She has presented her research nationally and internationally and her articles and medical illustrations have been published in high impact dermatologic journals.
Dr. Williams is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Skin of Color Society and the National Medical Association. She also serves on the Membership Committee of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Great! Nurse Sherefa is very professional while being very warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Williams also professional, friendly and explained everything to me in detail and answered my questions. During procedure (2 punch biopsies) both Sherefa and Dr. Williams were very gentle and assuring. The service here is wonderful. Including the women at the front who are the senior clerks. Kudos!! Kudos to Montefire for hiring Dr. Williams. Wonderful professional.
