I've been working with Treble Health and Ramsay for 3 months. I've made amazing strides since then, all due to their support and encouragement . In a field where there are so few providers, Treble Health and Ramsay are beacons of hope and positivity. She's provided me tools that have empowered me to take control of my own journey towards wellness and habituation. Most importantly, Ramsay has encouraged and supported me more times than I can count. Answering the same [silly] questions and providing [the same] positive affirmations time after time. I am well on my way to habituation and have Treble Health and Ramsay to thank!

Dr. Ramsay Poindexter has been enthusiastically serving patients with tinnitus and hearing loss for eighteen years. She began her career at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) where she mentored with Robert Sweetow, Ph.D., world-renowned audiologist specializing in tinnitus management.
The majority of her career has been spent in private practice in San Mateo, California. She has provided research support in product development, pre-product release testing, and field study services to various hearing device manufacturers and Apple Inc, as well as for safety and efficacy studies for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Dr. Poindexter joined Treble Health in 2021. She is board certified with the American Board of Audiology with an additional board certification in Tinnitus Management from the American Board of Audiology. She is a Fellow and member of the American Academy of Audiology and the California Academy of Audiology. She served on the Board of Directors in elected positions with the California Academy of Audiology from 2014-2019.
