I am new to the area, and wanted a chiropractor referral. I saw Dr. Zaban offered Chiropractic referral services, read the great reviews, and booked an appointment. After waiting over a month for the appointment, there were a few ladies at the office that were quite rude, did not communicate well over the phone, and overall unhelpful.
Dr. Zanjan herself was great, but after I got my vitals, I was told the ladies at the office would set me up with a Chiropractor referral. I received no referral. I was told to look it up myself. A utter waste of my time. If I would’ve known that they were unable to give me the referral, I could’ve seen a specialist so much sooner for my chronic back pain. I’m still on the fence of whether or not I want to go back for the physical I booked later this year.

Well she was more thorough than I thought she’d be. Her assistant Ingrid has a terrible bed side manner rude and talks at you like she has a chip on her shoulder. The doctor isn’t too warm and friendly either. Not sure if I will go back or not. I wasn’t blown away what’s with these good reviews ?

My experience was amazing. Dr. Zaban was super personable and professional. She actually cared about what I had to say and offered great expertise on how to better keep me healthy. The staff was also incredible. I was greeted by someone upbeat and kind at reception then that same morale carried into the nurse who got the process started then assisted me at the end. I was blown away that they were able to do a blood draw right then and there, not having to wait in a lobby somewhere else definitely made my day. Highly recommend Dr. Zaban and her staff.
