It was my first time to see her. At the end of my appointment she informed me that she wasn't coming back so I would have to see another doctor. I was very disappointed. Why schedule new patients when the doctor is leaving??? It makes no sense. Back to finding another doctor.

I have been very happy with Randi Keesee everyone in the office is very nice, I can usually get in right away and little to no wait time. The only down side is that there are days when there im are no providers in the Maricopa branch so if something happens on those days you have to go to chandler. That hasn’t been a huge deal for me though.

Nicole became my primary care nurse practitioner within the past year and I am VERY pleased, in every way. She is knowledgeable, an excellent listener and has helped me improve my overall health in many ways.
Lindsey at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming.
My only complaint and ongoing concern is how difficult it is to get anyone on the phone in the Maricopa office. Nine out of every 10 calls go to voicemail and it is common not to receive a return call. I find myself having to drive to the office to deal with routine issues like an RX refill, etc in person which is inconvenient and time consuming. I would also recommend that the office start using email for common questions and communication with patients.

It was fantastic, fastest I’ve ever gotten in and out of an office and felt like my concerns had actually been heard. Nicole was funny, calm and relaxed. She listened to me and overall I had a great first experience with her.

I have never in my 31 years of life had such a pleasant experience at the doctors office. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, kind, knowledgeable and super friendly. As a new patient I was checked in, taken back, examined AND had labs done all within 1 hour. They have a lifetime patient in me guaranteed.
