Absolutely wonderful. Outstanding bed side manner and a terrific listener. Dr. Henderson is extremely professional and has a warm personality that puts you at ease. The staff is wonderful, quick and efficient. Glad I found this practice and highly recommended.

I didn't feel comfortable, the doctor was very robotic with her questions. Her whole demeanor was like why are you here. The only person who asked me how I was, was the girl that drew my blood. This isn't a doctor I will ever go back to. I know they have a job and many patients but we are human beings not robots.

The PA who took my history and vitals was awesome. Dr Henderson needs lessons in bedside manner desperately. I went for a new patient appointment and explained that my work was asking for a doctor's note since I was complaining about my back, among other issues. She did a very cursory exam, asked if I had had xrays done on my back (I hadn't), and sent me away with a note saying.... that she had seen me and I had complained about my back.

I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Henderson, but was seen by another doctor. The doctor didn't address all the concerns that I expressed to the nurse. ot sure of the nure didn' t communicate with her. Was a little disappoited that I didn't get to see the doctor I scheduled an appointment with.

This doctor and her staff are probably the best experience I have had in a doctors office ever and I have been seeing a doctor my entire adult life. They are friendly and professional to the point beyond belief. I was so surprised and very pleased with the respect I was shown from the doctor and her staff I would high recommend this facility to anyone looking for an excellent and trust-able primary care doctor. This doctor leaves nothing to chance and make sure you understand your conditions if any and treatment plans.
