Dr. Hidalgo was so courteous and really explained everything so clearly to me. After being seen by other doctors I wish I could have gone to Dr. Hidalgo first! The treatment plan was thorough and well explained. The staff in the office was just as amazing. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a podiatrist!

Doctor Raul Hidalgo is warm, personable, helpful, practical, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the dynamics behind the problem I have with my feet, and his solution was effective and inexpensive. The office staff are also friendly and helpful. Indefinitely recommend Doctor Hidalgo as a podiatrist.

I was a bit put off by the fact that the exam room I was put in was right across from the reception desk and the door was never closed.
There were two techs that also assisted me and neither introduced themselves nor greeted me other than to ask for infomation.
Dr. Hidalgo was kind, helpful and honest. He never made me feel like he was in a hurry.

The bad experience started when I scheduled my appointment at 1:30p.m. on a Monday. The receptionist called to see if I could come in earlier at 11 a.m. It wasn't necessarily the best time for me but I accomodated them. Then after asking me to come in early I waited for more than half an hour while no one else was in the waiting room. I went to this doctor in order to get a medical exam to clear me for work. He was supposed to fill out the form in the room with me and I would take it back to work myself. He said he had a few extra notes to add and would fax it over during his lunch. It never got faxed. I called my HR thinking maybe they were losing stuff but 2 dyas later I called and the receptionist said my paperwork was still completely unfilled out and on his desk. How would he even remember what to put from someone he doesnt really remember. This was a bad experience and a waste of money to see him, an extra fee for the paperwork, and the money I lost for days out of work! Do not go to Dr. Hidalgo!
