Waited for too long (one and a half hours) for a 10 minute consultation that didn't give me any information towards my main question, other than telling me to do a bunch of exams first. I'd rather have them tell me that I'd need those tests done before any kind of real consultation can happen - that way I can start planning to pay for it and can also save that two-hour drive and the copay.

Spends less than 5 minutes with you only to prescribe invasive and expensive testing. Went for a second opinion and was diagnosed with much less invasive testing.

Extremely poor service, was contacted three separate times to have my appointment moved and when I showed up there was an extremely long wait. Staff seemed extremely unorganized and curt and office was not clean.

The front desk/ nurses were very nice. The dr however took only a few minutes and felt rushed and didn’t look at any of my medical records from previous drs. I answered a handful of questions and was told I need a colonoscopy. He didn’t go in depth enough. As a specialist I wanted to feel cared about and talk to him for more than 5 minutes! This was a horrible experience as I left feeling unheard or cared about and just another number. I will NOT be back and will get a second opinion.

Dr. Moparty is a very attentive and proactive doctor. I found him as I needed a second opinion and he was on the case and solving problems immediately. I waited more than an hour for my initial consultation, they didn't bring me back until I said I really have to leave. When I went for the colonoscopy, they readied me for the procedure, inserted the IV because we were almost ready to go, and then none of the staff could find the doctor. A nurse told me they can't find him. Eventually they said he left the building and they had several calls in to him. They were forced to continue IV fluids on me the whole time, since they had already started. A first bag, a second bag, the third bag was started when he did show up, no apology, no explanation. I did not see him after the procedure. I went to the follow up, sat in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes.
