I’ve been going to Dr. Bianchi for over 12 years. As far as I’m concerned he’s saved my life. He’s got a great bedside manner. Is always thorough and I can’t see myself going to anyone else. He’s the best. His staff is awesome and make you feel comfortable.

A Board Certified Family Practitioner, Dr. Bianchi is affiliated with Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital (Barrington). He is the AMA representative for the medical staff at Good Shepherd Hospital.

Dr. Ray and his staff are perfect in my eyes. Check in was great and they answered my questions with knowledge and kindness. Seeing Dr. Ray was like going to school and learning about what my current issues could be and telling me some options as to what Dr Ray and his team will consider as we move forward to help me get better.
They couldn't have been kinder or more knowledgeable and my overall experience was 11 out of a 10

I booked the earliest appointment he had right before I had to be at work. The staff and Dr were wonderful at recognizing that I had to be out of the office to head back to work within 50 minutes. The Dr. came in to seem within 15 minutes of being in the room! Exceptional. The only reason I rated as I did, is because the Dr and I don't seem to connect. I feel like I wasted my time going to the Dr and he was a bit rough in checking my vitals. He also called out one of his nurses at the desk and even though he had the right and reason to do it, I believe there are more professional ways to approaching your staff members about issues at the moment in front of patients.

This doctor doesn't seem to be professional. It is important to mention that I don't have primary doctor since I rarely get sick. This time it was severe cold-flu simptoms usual for me and I needed expert to guide me how to treat them. He started asking me questions unrelated to my medical history such as my nationality & religion preferences etc. which is a waste of time. Besides that the questions about the general health of my kid - why this matter at all if I came with some raspiratory viral infection which cannot be genetically correlated to kids. After all the talking he just glanced at my tongue and ears, and decided that I have some virus and should recover on my own. Well, this is what I came for, right? After all, there was a sales pitch about how he cares and how he can treat my entire family. I barely made my way to his office on my last leg just to hear an obvious "some virus" and sales pitch...
