Office staff canceled appointment after checking in so sat for over an hour even though office staff was looking right at me. No apologies from office staff on their error HOWEVER the nurse and Dr. Were fabulous and apologetic and got me right in. I'd consider coming back as seemed like an unfortunate Friday afternoon error

Dr. Brown was extremely knowledgable. He immediately diagnosed me with sudden hearing loss based on my audiogram and an exam and got me started on treatment to try to reverse it. He explained everything to me and talked me through different options. When I had some questions about the medicine, he took time to research it and also gave me some information relating to how this could impact me during coronavirus, which I appreciated. I highly recommend him!
