I love that telehealth was an appointment option, it is stress-free and convenient. I felt it was overkill to contact me 4 or 5 times beforehand to ensure I showed up online, but I imagine that is a necessary protocol if a lot of people miss their appointments or have technical issues.

He was caring and professional. He didn’t want to take unnecessary measures to just “milk” the insurance. I like that a lot!

Dr Kung was very nice but he just seemed a bit young and inexperienced, for routine matters I would totally recommend him but if you are suffering from a more unique or difficult to explain issue, I would look elsewhere.

Overall experience was great. The staff are friendly and attentive. Dr. Kung explained everything to me regarding my sinus conditions and provided instructions of how I'll do the home treatments and medication. It was an excellent first office visit and I felt that my issues will get better soon.

Had a visit with Dr Kung regarding an ear problem & was overall very happy with the experience. He listened to all of my symptoms & answered all of my questions & concerns in both a communicative & informative way while also making recommendations on what to do next. Great doctor & friendly staff, and 10/10 would recommend to go to if you are in the Glendale or Beverly Hills area!

Office is clean, well maintained and there is plenty of parking in the area.
Dr. Jung was running a bit behind, which was explained to me when I checked in.
He is such a great listener, does not interrupt, just lets you get it all out before he asks questions or makes comments.
He explains the exam step by step, very informative and calm. He offered solutions to my problems and answered all of my questions; put my mind at ease.

The front desk staff are not friendly and accommodating. They do not seem to know about the VA pharmacy system, and did not to even bother call the 800 number listed at the back of the pharmacy card. They did not allow me to explain - I am extremely disappointed because I understand how clinic operates because I am in the medical profession.
The Kung explained my medical diagnosis very well . He has excellent bedside manner.
