besides the wrong information from zocdoc (they sent me the phone number to a completely different hematology office), the office visit itself was fine. there was a long wait time (even though i was even more late because of the wrong info)but i didn't reflect it in the amount of stars since they're new to zocdoc and accurate scheduling may have been compromised. Dr Pastore was informative, took his time explaining things, and didn't rush while he tried to get to the root of my visit.
the office is very easy to get to from the 86th St express stop.
