She loves helping clients to break free from diet culture, and to find enjoyable, sustainable ways to nourish their bodies. Rebecca holds a Master's in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, re-watching Gilmore Girls, and hanging out with her rescue pup.
