Rebecca is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) with a passion for eating disorder recovery. She has experience working with clients with a wide range of nutrition-related concerns, including eating disorders, disordered eating, metabolic conditions (diabetes, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.), and GI concerns. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Rebecca also enjoys supporting individuals along the journey to intuitive eating.
Rebecca takes a non-diet, weight-neutral approach to nutrition. She loves helping clients to break free from diet culture, and to find enjoyable, sustainable ways to nourish their bodies.
Rebecca holds a Master's in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, re-watching Gilmore Girls, and hanging out with her rescue pup.
