Dr. Lech was very kind. She listened to any concerns and questions I had. She did a thorough exam as expected including labs, which I wanted. I did not feel rushed. She did not make me feel bad about being overweight.

I am so beyond frustrated and disappointed. I had such high hopes as she received so many glowing reviews on here! But the entirety of my appointment I felt like I was being interrogated. I am not from California and needed to find a new PCP. I brought a medical binder with ALL my medications, past surgeries, family history, allergies etc. I was berated on the fact that I wasn’t on birth control. I was asked over and over again why I was on certain medications and where I was getting them from, and that they might not refill them anyway. What is the point of a PCP? After my appointment I had a general question about insurance and the front desk lady told me it wasn’t her job to deal with my insurance and I would need to call and figure it out myself. I feel so ashamed and sad and left that appointment feeling so defeated.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, minimal paperwork, only waited about 10min, and took care of everything I wanted including drawing blood and x-rays - all in about 1hr. Dr Lech has a great bedside manner and is a good listener - would recommend her to anyone.

When our family doctor retired, we switched our care to Dr. Lech for our teenage son (15) and daughter (17) and could not be happier with our choice. She is very easy for them to talk to and they felt very comfortable with her. I, as their parent, felt very confident in her as their doctor. I feel that she truly cares about them and for them. We are SO lucky that we hit the jackpot with her!
