Dr. Martz was delightful! i had a great initial experience with her, she listened to my needs, made referrals and made sure I left her office with next steps.
The facility was bright and clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. The Medical assistant was very sweet and informative. I had lab work and not even 24hrs later the results were in my inbox.
The Optum My Chart was super easy to set up and very easy to operate. I'm really happy with my experience so far.

The front office is not familiar with the process and complained I should fill in the online form ahead of time, so she does not has to do it. While inputting her work very slowly (also need the other person to help her what’s next), she let me stand there and answered her questions one by one regarding my personal information, in front of everyone waiting in the room. A printed form to let the patient fill in by themselves could solve both the privacy issue and her compliant to patients

Excellent doctor. Because of life circumstances, it had been a while since I’ve seen a doctor and I was anxious about the whole thing. All of the staff was super nice, super helpful, and very professional. I was worried I was going to be made to feel a bit judged or maybe shamed when finally going to a doctor again, but here I felt like they were only here to help me. Thank you so much!

My first time with Dr. Martz and the facility was really nice! The nurses were really nice and they made sure I was taken care of. She really listened and wanted to do what’s best for me and I appreciate it! Highly recommend her and the office!

Dr. R. Martz, found a prescription that was supposed to be taken for my borderline high blood pressure, which stopped being refilled. It was about 2 years since I last saw her, she didn't miss a beat and reviewed all medical information to bring it up to date. Outlined a routine to get me back on track and lab work scheduled to make necessary changes when I go back for a follow up visit.
