“I booked this appointment same day, about 3 hours before appointment time because another provider canceled on me around 2am (via email) on the day of my appointment!! I am SOOOOO glad they did because this is exactly where I needed to be! Rebecca was AMAZING! Not only did they accept me last minute, treat me like I had been a long time patient and calm my nervousness but Rebecca listened, was attentative and help diagnose and treat a condition that I have been misdiagnosed for for over a year now! She was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and even apologetic for what other providers overlooked. I went in that office in pain and left able to move my arm without pain and I know get the first goodnight sleep that I've had in a while because that pain is still gone. I couldn't recommend this office enough! I'm just grateful I found it!”

About Rebecca Paffenroth
Rebecca Paffenroth is a board certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who obtained her degree from the University of South Florida in 2018. Formally, an oncology certified nurse, Rebecca has spent the past 8 years specializing in medical dermatology with a mission to educate on prevention and early detection of skin cancers, with a passion for melanoma.
Rebecca has spent over 15 years working in Healthcare and she has a natural ability to make all feel comfortable when in her presence. She loves to connect with each person she meets and will make you feel like more than a patient when in her presence. She takes pride in giving treatment plans individualized to each patient and their goals, especially sensitive to those with chronic skin conditions.

This is my first experience utilizing this app. I woke up very frantic and I needed to have some kind of result with my skin that I have been having rashes with. I found Rebecca and she was absolutely amazing. I was so grateful that she had a same day appointment. It relaxed me and calmed my anxiety. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and she is very welcoming. I definitely recommend?. The app is also very easy to navigate which I can appreciate. I arrived 15 prior . Tge receptionist had this surprised look on her face when i gave her my name .I was allowed to sign in and was made to redo paperwork I had already done online. She ask me to find the claim address . I did. She then ask me to find the told free number . I did . She proceeds to whisper to the other receptionist and she already had my group number and subscribers ID. After 1 hour and 26 minutes she stated she couldn't see me without my insurance card even though I was verified. I really feel like she DON'T SEE AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE. I will never go there again .

I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Paffenroth was very helpful with my concerns. She paid attention to what I was saying. She prescribed medications that helped within two days. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
