She was amazing! I've had a mystery pain for quite some time and she immediately referenced similar cases she's dealt with and scheduled bloodwork, tests, and sonogram. She kept reassuring me that we'd find out what's going on, as opposed to other doctors who seemed perfectly fine leaving me in limbo and the unknown.

Dr. Tharaud was excellent. Listened to all of my concerns, explained things clearly, and made her rationale for ordering tests clear. The office was well-organized and I did not have to wait at all for the appointment. I am an overweight woman who has had bad experiences with medical professionals in the past- I appreciated that she did not make assumptions about my health based on my weight. I had to have some blood work done and the folks in the lab had a hard time finding a vein, but were very kind and patient about it. I will definitely return for further care.

Had a wonderful and seamless experience at Mystic Healthcare and with Dr. Tharaud. The office staff was friendly and very efficient. I liked that I received a summary printout of what was discussed during my visit, and there is an option to register for their portal to access these things online. Most importantly, the doctor was incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough. She took time to get to know me, as this was my first visit. This was all-in-all a very pleasant visit and I've found my new primary care provider!

Dr Tharaud exceeded my expectations of a PCP - coming from a background in value-based healthcare, Dr. Tharaud is a high quality doc that you don't come across often. She asked a lot of probing questions about my health concerns that helped her tailor my treatment plan and i left the office feeling super confident, excited and satisfied.

Check in was easy and I was brought back to a room quickly for my vitals. The doctor came in shortly thereafter and was very friendly. She was inquisitive and made sure all my questions were answered. This was probably the most pleasing doctors visit that I've ever had. I hope future visits result in the same experience.
