Though Rebekah Korine was nice enough and helpful, this office is so terrible that even though generations of my family have been going for years, and I was a patient for a decade, I've found another doctor. It typically takes waiting on the phone for a half hour to have someone pick up to schedule an appointment and to ask medical questions or clarifications on prescriptions, it takes days to get a response. Furthermore, before all my appointments for the past year, I've had the office call me a day or two before to yell at me saying I booked my appointment incorrectly. When I filed a complaint, the office manager told me she had no way of knowing who called me so she couldn't do anything about it. There are many other offices you could choose that run with more ease and efficiency, instead of making you feel powerless at the doctor.
Dr.korine was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her to everyone!
i really love Rebekah Korine, she is really knowledgable and easy to understand, and she's completely well versed in western medicine but can handle all of my hippie questions and misgivings about it. the perfect translator and best of both worlds. plus she's funny and nice and puts me at ease
Rebekah and her staff (administrative and nursing) were clear, kind, patient and responsive. It was a very positive experience!
She was very informative and pleasant. This was my first time seeing her. The wait was brief even though I was very late for my appointment. I will definitely be returning to Rebekah.
It was great!!
Rebekah was professional and knowledgable, however this clinic caters to a very specific cultural demographic, and I didn't feel comfortable. The customer service post visit was a nightmare. I called quite literally 10 times in order to have issues with my prescription resolved.
It was a great quick and informational visit . . . All the employees made me feel right at home
Honestly, this group of doctors and midwives - plus their medical assistants - are the best experience I've ever had at a gyno. They're absolutely wonderful.
Quick and efficient. Pleasant enough, but I wasn't comfortable enough to make her my new permanent physician. Also, she's not very gentle.
I had a very pleasant experience. The office staff as well as the CNN were very courteous. I will use zoc doc to book my appt again. Received reminders and was very convenient.
This was my first visit ever and she made me very comfortable. Excellent doctor. Would absolutely reccomend!!
The bedside manor was great. Everyone was very nice. They didn't help me pick birth control even though I was hoping for some more assistance with this.
All the staff were so nice. Dr. Korine was very pleasant and informative. She's friendly and easy to talk to.
Great down to earth doctor that made me feel really comfortable!
Visit was fine. Once I got in a room, was out in 10 minutes. But I had to wait 20 minutes before my vitals were taken, and then I had to wait another 5 minutes before I got a doctor's note to take to work.
I had seen Rebekah more than three years ago at a different location and was happy to find her here on ZocDoc. She is very easy-going and knowledgeable. I'm happy to be back in her care.
I went with her because everyone else's review was effusive and went on about how great she was. I had a terse 10 minute session with her, where she came in, maaaaybe made eye contact, and said "hi how are you nice to meet you" all in one breath before heading to the computer. The lightning-fast breast exam she did made the ones I do in the shower look like a thorough screening, and when she got ready to do the gynecological exam, I stopped her and said that I don't feel comfortable spreading' em for someone who isn't palpably warm (aka no bedside manner whatsoever). Maybe this works for the orthodox women that she serves in NYC, but I'm from the West Coast, where a type of doctor that women usually dislike going to, needs to at least pretend to care and act like a warm human, so that the patient can feel at ease.
I can only speak on my initial impressions, being that I only met with Rebekah once. She is very professional, friendly, and seems knowledgeable. So far, so good.
This was my first time there. The staff is just great at the Williamsburg office. Rebekah is a very helpful, kind person. She answered all my questions (I had a lot), and was very professional but also showed a great sense of humor. I will definitely go back.
She definitely a great doctor. she answered all my questions and made me feel totally comfortable.
She was great and very informative.
Everyone was very friendly and personable and made a usually uncomfortable process lack the stress it usually has for me.
Very helpful, answered all my questions. Super nice and understanding. I will definitely be going back to her again!
All around A+
I thought she was amazing, she made me feel really comfortable and that's is really important to me because I am having a new baby. I plan to go back to her office and to keep her as my midwife.
I felt comfortable and she listened to my health concerns. Also answered my questions and made suggestions.
