The registration and patient history forms could be printed and completed at home prior to the appt. The office was easy to find, convenient parking, clean inviting office, & friendly professional staff. Dr Chaudri took her time, reviewed my history, made suggestions, answered my questions and made me feel at ease. I am very happy to have found a good doctor.
