I love Regina. In fact, my family followed her from the office she was previously practicing at. Waiting is never fun. Especially with our crazy, hectic schedules. My appointment was at 11:00am, I arrived at 10:45. I was taken back at 11:00 but I was not seen until 12:05. By the time I was treated it was almost 12:30. When I am on the receiving end of "being squeezed in" I am very appreciative... but scheduled patients should be seen as close to their appointment times as possible.
PS Did I mention that I love Regina?

This was my first visit and it was a great experience! There was virtually no wait time for anything that was done after I filled out the first time patient paperwork. Everyone that I had contact with was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well organized. NP Regina Goulder took plenty of time to discuss and address all my health issues. She explained the treatment and the options in a way that was easily understood. Her bedside manner was excellent, caring, very knowledgeable, and not rushed. I look forward to her taking care of my health issues in the future and highly recommend her, the staff, and the facility.
