The appointment was for my 12 yr old daughter. I was expecting Dr Robertson to see her but it was actually Dr. Shannon Gilbert the one who checked on my daughter. The machinery they have is much more updated, and computerized than the last 2 eye clinics we've visited in the last 2 years. The staff was nice and the female doctor also made my daughter feel comfortable as she's afraid of not knowing what they'll do to her or lights in her eyes. We had a good experience. Thank you.

Dr. Robertson is far superior to my prior eye doctors. I have a very complicated prescription, including prisms in my lenses. His examination is very thorough and logical. He is also very personable.

I have gone here for a few years now and there's never a wait either before being taken back for initial testing or when it's time to see the Dr. They're thorough, and never have rushed me even though I'm usually the last appointment of the day (I think!).

Dr. Robertson was very knowledgeable. I was impressed enough during my own appt. to bring my elderly mother. She was also pleased. Staff is friendly. His fill in was also knowledgeable and nice. Fill in wasn't quite as patient, but overall the visit was good. I plan on using this business in the future.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Robertson based on his reviews and I am extremely pleased with him and the great customer service provided by his staff! Doctor Robertson was great and explained everything I asked about. The staff was very patient while I selected my new glasses and for a first time glasses wearer this is not an easy task. They offered suggestions and insights that allows me to make an informed decision. The Saturday appointment was a big win as well.
