The staff promptly greeted me, my appointment was on time. The treatment w/ Rene has helped all of my symptoms (shoulder) including pain, trouble sleeping, & Range of motion. My orthopedic surgeon was recommending surgery but now, thanks to PT & Rene, that will not be necessary!
Rene was simply incredible! I have had chronic shoulder pain and my ACU treatment provided such relief. Rene took the time and customized my treatment. She is compassionate, kind and incredibly talented. I highly recommend!

Rene Lightle, L.Ac., is an Acupuncturist at Aligned Modern Health. Rene is a 2015 graduate of Midwest College of Oriental Medicine with a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine. She has completed over 1000 hours of clinical internship, as well as in-depth studies of biomedicine, herbalism, and Chinese medical theory. Rene has been treating pain as a massage therapist since 2012. She draws heavily from her experience as a massage therapist in her acupuncture practice to help further patient progress. In addition to musculoskeletal pain, Rene has a special interest in treating women’s health, the LGBTQ+ community, stress related symptoms, and digestive issues.
