No one canceled the appointment but they did confirm it so I went and it was dark and the door of course was locked. No one was there. I called then she says she does not treat back pain but I got confirmed for the appointment. Total waste of time gas and effort to come in which I had to be transported there as I can not walk.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a mental health provider. She really listened to me, and the appointment was scheduled the same day. I was nervous to change my meds because it was such a bad experience getting my meds right in the first place but she knew what she was doing!

The appointment was at 4:30, and I had to leave for work at 5:00, So I figured I had time. I wasn’t reached out by the nurse about a hour later around 5:30. By that time I was at work and couldn’t start the appointment. Just wish there was some communication if she was gonna be late or not.
