Rhoda Seplowitz completed her internship and residency in psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine in 2008. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc, a member of the American Board of Medical Specialties.
Since completing her residency, Dr. Seplowitz worked at Baylor College of Medicine where she was the Director of Reproductive Women's Behavioral Health Services for the Harris County Hospital District. As an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Dr. Seplowitz taught and supervised psychiatry and family practice residents. Now in full-time private practice, Dr. Seplowitz is still also involved in research and community outreach.
Originally from New York, Rhoda has made Houston her home for more than five years. She graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University and then went on to graduate from New York Medical College. Early in her career, Rhoda pursued an interest in women's health and continues to be passionate about this area of medicine.
