My appointment was set for 3:00 but I didn't arrive until after 4:00 and they still saw me. The staff was very professional and courteous. This has been my doctor for over a year and I'm staying with her. 10 stars. Highly recommend

I got to the office at 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment. Not a soul was there. By 9, the doors were open and there were at least ten patients but no doctor. I canceled my appointment and left. If the office can’t respect my time enough to be on time, that isn’t a good sign.

Rhonda Ross is a good doctor, but the wait time is horrible. On top of that they viewed me as a walk in because they could not find my Zoc Doc appointment.
I left without seeing the doctor after a two hour wait and reschedule with them for another appointment because I like Dr Ross. ??

The staff was very pleasant, but the doctor was slightly unprofessional and didn't really know what was going on. She and another male doctor kept barging in the room while I was half dressed, which was very uncomfortable, and she was confused as to what was going on, even though I relayed the information to her and her staff several times.

Dr. Ross was a decent doctor. The wait time was horrible. It was kind of pointless to make an appointment, show up 15 mins early, and still wait for 45 minutes just to be called to the back. The workers were nice, but a little rough around the edges. I would go back if I just had no where else to go.

Although my search was for a dermatologist in which she was listed as, Iwas happy with visit eventhough I had the same checkup and bloodwork less than two months ago. She did refer me to a dermatologist. I think the wait time was too long. I would use her again in the future for primary care, because I was in the market for a new one.

Rhonda was nice; however, no doctor or office should force their patients to wait 3 1/2 hours to see them when they have a confirmed appointment. This is an utter disgrace for anyone either well or ill. It is obvious that this is a very disorganized healthcare facility and when you ask for assistance everyone simply says 'its out of our control.' My advice is get it under control otherwise sooner or later you will have no patients.

Dr. Ross is a highly professional person. She is diligent to make all bases are covered concerning her patients. She is personable and likeable. The wait time was a little long, however I cannot say that this the norm. But, she does get to you, she cuts no corners.

The wait room is shabby at best. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appointment and then once I was in the room I had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen for service that took barely five minutes. I did not receive my lab results for over a week and that's only after calling TWICE to beg for Dr. Ross to call me with the results. The receptionist tried to convince me that I had to schedule a follow up appointment to get my lab results (which would have been a huge waste of money and time since my results ended up being negative. All in all, I wouldn't come here again unless I was truly desperate.
