Dr. Sirajuddin was born in the southern coastal city of Madras currently known as Chennai in India. After attending Don Bosco Matriculation higher secondary school he immigrated to Dubai, UAE in 1982 to stay with his parents. After finishing high school in Dubai, UAE Dr. Sirajuddin immigrated to the United States in 1988 along with his family.
Soon after arriving in the United States he attended the Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri where he obtained his bachelors degree in biology and graduated in 1991. Soon after, he attended medical school at the Indiana University from the years 1991 to 1995 at which time he obtained his MD degree. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Cincinnati medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In 1998, he decided to practice as a hospitalist at the Drake Medical center for year one after which he pursued a carrier in Cardiology by attending the University of Florida in Jacksonville, Florida for his Fellowship Cardiology training. After he finished his fellowship in Cardiology he decided to start a private practice in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 15, 2002 which is currently known as Heart Solutions of Oklahoma, located in southwest Oklahoma City.
Personally he is a family oriented individual who is married and has three kids. His passion remains in preventative cardiology although he does practice invasive and interventional cardiology as well as peripheral vascular disease.
