My experience with Dr. Tejay. was pleasant. She is a bright, professional physician. I would return to this doctors office.

Dr. Tejay is a great doctor. She took her time with my doctor. She answered all our questions and was very professional.

They was very rude the doctor was and so was Kimberly at the front desk I will never recommend them to anyone
Verified patient
No complaints and like the use of the electronic tablet for patient information versus writing.

She was very professional and I think I'm going to enjoy her being my primary physician

Dr.Richja was nice and professional, but she did not take what I was going through seriously. When I told her about the symptoms I was dealing with, she brushed them off. I had been dealing with the situation for a while and was scared to come to a doctor. As a female, it's already hard to be taken seriously by male doctors, but to go to another female, express my concerns, and not feel like my discomfort was worth looking into was sad. The advice I received was what I was already doing. This was just my experience, again she was nice, and the staff was kind, but this was just not what I needed as a PCP for me.

Thank you to the staff to make this first visit very pleasant. I enjoyed the attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy and explanations for care forward.

I have had a couple of visits. I would prefer for my primary care doc to be one stop shopping to also address GYN care like pap smears and breast checks/mammogram referrals and it doesn't seem that she does those. So FYI if you are seeking primary care to include GYN care. Parking meters right by the door take credit and coins...$3 per hour. I don't know if I have found my best fit primary care doc yet...medical options over here aren't abundant and I tend to go to Alexandria VA for my and my family's medical care but it is convenient for the usual blood draw/lab work, say ahh, listen to heart, blood pressure check, weight check type of visit.
It's was ok but it could be better service.

Dr. Tejay essentially told me that I was grossly overweight and ignored the pain I the ankle I had previously broken, citing that I was grossly overweight (which is not entirely true) and ignoring that I never received physical therapy after my cast came off.

I waited more than 1.5 hours ( more than 40 minutes in the physicians room) and when I had to go the bathroom I found her chatting with people in the corridor. How can you be so disrespftul for people and your career like this ??

This was my first visit here wait time in the waiting room wasn't bad, but I waited for about a half hour in the room after the nurse left. Dr. Tejay didn't really seem interested in me like she cared about my health. She had me change into a gown, so she obviously left the room. Once she left she didn't come back for another 20-30 minutes, so thats almost an hour just waiting for her. Again, extremely fast just rushing through the appointment, really didn't seem like she cared at all. Not coming back here.

Thw office is a beautiful facility but, they are understaffed tremendously. There was only one physician's assistant and one nurse handling the patients (it's my undestanding that this is the normal staffing). My appointment was scheduled for 10am. I arrived at 9:45am. The receptionist wasn't able to check me in until about 10:20am. I wasn't escorted to the back office until about 11:15. After my preliminary vital checks with the nurse, I still had to wait for the doctor and then had wait periods while in her office (wait periods that were too long). In short I didn't leave the office until 1:30pm from an appointment that was scheduled for 10am. When I arrived there were only 2 patients ahead of me that were already in the back waiting to be seen. If this office had adequate staffing my experience would have been totally different. I was hoping to make this doctor my primary care physician but, unfortunately I will not return to this facility and will continue my search for a primary care doc.
Dr. Tejay was very pleasant and attentive! She made this experience less stressful and we left feeling informed and hopeful for healing. The office is located in a very trendy area of the Inner Harbor.

Dr Tejay seems to love her practice. She is easy to talk to and appears down to earth. I hope she remains the same once her practice booms, which is a matter of time once her name is totally out there so get in her books now. A good doctor is hard to find and I'm very particular about my doctors . I didn't like how Zocdoc didn't give the paperwork information to the office so I had to fill out all the information again once I arrived at the office. I think the waiting room could use some prettying up.. Good thing about Zocdoc is that I found Dr Tejay on it and I think I have now found my Family Practitioner .. I would recommend her to others. Another little extra thing is that she is a very pretty lady , just wanted to give you a visual ??

This is the worst doctors office I've ever been to. I felt like a number and will never go back. The front desk staff was awful and the nurse did all the talking for the doctor.
First, the staff was very friendly and didn't mind answering any questions I had before seeing Dr. Tejay. It did seem very redundant and annoying that I had to fill out the same paperwork twice (used zocdoc to check in but had to use this heavy bulky tablet to fill out the same stuff again once in office). Although this was my first time seeing Dr. Tejay I felt like she had been my doctor for years. She makes eye contact, explains any and everything she does! Literally down to why and what she's typing :). She was also very patient and did not rush me as some doctors try to do. The office is very clean, easy to get to, parking in front the office requires meter payment, open 7 days a week, very easy and quick to schedule appointment and be seen.

The doctor was fine. It's the front desk staff and billing department that I have problems with. Very incompetent and horrible to work with. They make you pay an extremely high amount to get seen, even if you have a set copay amount with your insurance company. Say they will refund the difference and to talk to "billing". It's impossible to get billing dept on the phone and took over a month to get my money back. Will never go back to that office again.

It was great.

Dr. Tejay was very nice and easy to relate to. She spent a good amount of time listening and talking about the relevant issues to my health. I like that her office is at the National Harbor, which means you can book for a weekday afternoon and the area will be completely dead and parking is available. Office is obviously very new and modern. Staff is very friendly. Definitely would not hesitate to see her again.

The doctor was great, the big issue I had was with the waste of time. I used ZocDoc to fill in the appropriate check-in forms (which they received), only to find out I had to answer the same set of questions (using a bulky tablet) in the waiting room. After I was called in, the nurse asked me the same basic questions again. What should have been a 5 minute visit took way too long and required answering the same questions over and over. Once from ZocDoc should have been enough. Once I got home, I received four emails trying to get me to sign up for their own online service. I purposely didn't put my email in the tablet, so it looks like they use ZocDoc for something. As I said, the doctor was great. The office needs to figure themselves out.
Dr. Tejay was very welcoming and friendly. Her front desk staff greeted me with kindness and were helpful. My overall visit with Dr. Tejay exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, yet nice doctor, I would highly recommend Dr. Tejay.

I am also new to the area, and finding Dr. Bhatnagar has made the transition an easier one because she is so wonderful. She is compassionate, friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. I hope to not need her often, but I do look forward to seeing her when I have to go. :)
The visit was very pleasant. I was taken right away and didn't have to sit in the examining room to wait for the doctor she was on time.

I drove 50 minutes from my job to meet with Dr. Bhatnagar. She managed to squeeze me in on her schedule and when I arrived, I was seen right away. She's amazing. I'm definitely going back.

I found Dr B. to be professional, realistic, kind and compassionate. I moved to DC area from NC 7 yrs ago. I have had hard time finding doctor who saw me as person, not lab result. I am motivated to be better patient and healthier person.
Verified patient
Very thorough, knowledgable and personable.
I am new to the area and needed to find a primary care provider and succeeded with Doctor Bhatnagar. She is very personable and friendly. She made lots of eye contact when speaking and listening and did not spend the whole time staring at paperwork as some doctors do. She seemed to be thorough and sincere in making sure my overall health is what it should be and in taking my medical history. She also made getting my script refilled easy and did not try to sell me on any new or different drugs. I plan to continue to use her as my doctor moving forward.
