We have been patients of his and under his care for over 40 years. Dr. Costa is very tentative to our l needs and very personable. We highly recommend him and his staff.

Before I even met Dr. Rick Costa, I was favorably impressed with his staff. All email communications were prompt, clear, and courteous. During my first visit, Dr. Costa was thorough in checking my health status and whether I was up to date on recommended screenings. He wrote me scripts for a few medical tests and set me up for an appointment with an excellent specialist, whom I have now seen. It was helpful having Dr. Costa phone the specialist himself, so I was not put on a months long wait list. Most of all, I appreciated Dr. Costa's kindness and patience. I have a hearing problem and I communicate only in writing. He wrote down all his questions and his answers to my questions.

With over 35 years' experience in family medicine, Dr. Richard Costa proudly offers "concierge style" care in his new direct pay private practice in Marlton, NJ. What that means for patients who join is that they will be prioritized and treated with compassion and dignity, like family. Throughout his career, Dr. Costa was known for giving patients the time they needed to feel seen, heard and understood physically as well as emotionally. He was more than a doctor to many. He was a friend, confidant, mentor and advocate to tens of thousands. His service and dedication to his patients over the course of his career caused his following to grow beyond what was manageable in traditional medical practices. That is why he is excited and proud to offer family medicine the way he believes it should be practiced.
Dr. Costa's Concierge Family Practice will be a much smaller, private practice, offering the highest level of care and support. We are proud to offer same or next day priority appointments, longer appointments lasting 45 minutes to an hour, allowing time for a more comprehensive level of care while eliminating long wait times. Members will receive exclusive access to Dr. Costa's new cellphone number, on which they will be able to reach him securely via text, phone or a tele-care video visit. Members will also be able to receive expert advice on fitness, nutrition and natural alternatives for their best health as well. Dr. Costa has always exceeded expectations and is the definition of what family medicine should be…. Caring, professional, knowledgeable and treats his patients as they were one of his own family members. He gets to know your current state of physical and mental health and treats what needs attention accordingly along with proper follow up and monitoring.

One of the most caring and thorough Doctors I have ever encountered. Never felt that I was taking too much time as I had many questions regarding alternative medicine treatments. Dr. Costa answered all my questions, and provided me with the names of several medications to address my issues. Would not go anywhere else for my medical needs.
