Dr. Dittrich has over 30 years experience as a private practitioner and is affiliated with a number of hospitals in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. He earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, and completed his residency training in OB/GYN at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia.
After many years of treating women of all ages and their various health and life concerns, he was inspired to open the Wellness Center. Through cosmetic procedures and cosmeceuticals, a medical weight loss program, nutritional supplements, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, etc., Dr. Dittrich and his staff are able to offer a place where people can begin to feel better, look better, and hopefully live longer, happier lives.
Dr. Dittrich earned his MBA in 2006, graduating with honors, while managing a private practice and serving as the Medical Director for a national health care organization. He has extensive experience conducting clinical trials and drug studies and had held multiple department chairmanships with major university and regional hospitals.
From adolescence to menopause and onward, Dr. Richard Dittrich and JoAnn Casella, CRNP offer expert care for all of your gynecologic health needs. They will take the time to get to know you and create an individualized treatment program aimed at providing the best in women’s healthcare. Dr. Dittrich and JoAnn Casella offer routine gynecologic care, treat difficult gyn problems using state-of-the-art medical approaches, and specialize in bioidentical hormone replacement therapies.

First of all, the entire clinic is basically covered in advertisements for botox parties and such. My exam was rough and uncomfortable and he didn't ask me any questions about how I was feeling. I got some tests done nearby, and the hospital told me my results were abnormal and that they would send the results to Dr. Dittrich. I keep calling the office asking for my results or an appointment to hear about my results. I have called the office 4 times now and they always say, "Dr. Dittrich will call you back in a few minutes." I still haven't heard from him. SMH. Other people seem to have had good experiences, but I most definitely do not recommend.

My visit was fantastic. All my concerns were addressed timely and Dr. Richard took the time to explain to me what the problem might be before prescribing medicines, all of this while he was struggling with back pain.

Really great doctor, great appointment times, knows his stuff, lots of experience. Only downside is that he no longer does surgery so you have to be referred out to another doctor if you require it. Otherwise awesome.

Dr. Dittrich is extremely professional, kind and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. I have a lingering health ailment and he was able to give me an answer immediately- when other doctors have just looked puzzled. I highly suggest him! The nurses were pleasant as well :)

This was my firtst visit and Dr. D. made me feel comfortable. He provided information about my issues and immediately considered blood work and med. therapy. I have already sang his praises to family members and co workers. I highly recommend him.

This is a full-service OB-Gyn. They help women to be healthier and happier. This doctor will help you with weight loss and other women's issues. Dr. Dittrich answered all my questions regarding family planning, and mental well-being. I was pleasantly surprised since I didn't have a referral from anyone I knew. Worth the trip to S. Philly!
