Dr. Finegold is very to-the-point which I appreciated but can definitely see that as off putting if someone prefers a more personal and warm touch. He listened to my issue and gave me an honest assessment and advice for next steps. The wait time could have been better since I saw the doctor about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

I will never ever use your services again. I arrived at 4:15, I didn't leave til after 5:30. For one thing, you said I was preregister. But, the receptionist said that I wasn't; and said that your appointment showed that I was a new patient. Pulaski medical center, booked other people in front of me. When I had a 4:30, they had other patients with the same time.

The visit was fine and Dr. Finegold seems like a really nice man and doctor but I just felt things could have gone a little better with the bedside manner and empathy/compassion area. I got really good information though and probably if I saw him again it might be a better visit.

Dr. Finegold has been my family physician for more than 20 years. We have always experienced the best of care. He listens attentively and is very explaining care, and the reasoning behind any treatments, testing, medication, etc.
