Both a nurse practioner and a physician saw me. Both were professional and friendly. They took the time to ask relevant questions and listen to my answers. The exam was thorough and I was given additional information to consider as I resolve my issue.
This was my first visit to the office of Dr. Schweitzer and I was very pleased with the concern and upbeat nature of every employee I spoke to from my arrival to departure.

Everything went very smoothly. The office opens 8 am promptly, so don't plan on arriving earlier. All staff were friendly and professional, and dr Schweitzer was courteous and efficient.

A waste of time and money. Unprofessional staff and the dr was clueless and uninterested in discussing or giving me any tests to figure out what I'm allergic to. He Just wrote a prescription for me- so if it's just drugs you are looking for, then go see him.

The best part of the visit was the wait staff. The woman at the front desk did not get angry when I informed her that because my car wouldn't start I had to borrow a car and in my rush to get there, I left my wallet in my car and thus did not have my insurance card/ID. Luckily I was with my mother and could use her ID but the receptionist allowed me to go on her computer and print my insurance card from the online account system. I was also able to show her the card on my phone. I appreciated the fact that she handled the situation instead of being annoyed with me. In addition, I was able to speak with a nurse in the waiting room before even seeing the doctor and ask her whether it might be better for me to wait to go to a dermatologist for my issue instead. She did a quick assessment, then went to ask the doctor, and returned that he would be able to treat me there. All in all, I thought everyone went above and beyond what I'm used to at doctor's offices.

I made this appointment because I just hadn't been feeling like myself. My blood pressure had been high at my annual gyn appointment and I'd been having headaches almost every day and sharp chest pains. At my appointment at Dr. Schweitzer's office, I felt like the doctor took his time to get to know me but never addressed the chest pains or headaches. Now, I will need to see another doctor to address this.

He was very friendly, professional, and took his time. When I arrived, I signed in, waited about 5 minutes, and was called in, where I waited also no more than 5 minutes. I recommend him, and he works weekends as well, which is a plus for many busy people.
