Dr. Mersberger took the time to listen to my concerns about meds and current health situations and made suggestions on the course of action. The medications were sent to the pharmacy by the time I walked to my vehicle. He is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to whom I was dealing with before.

Saw Dr. Mersberger today for lower back/front thigh pain. His diagnosis seemed logical and his explanation was in layman terms. Medication prescribed to relieve inflammation and to help with pain/spasms. Also, he wrote me new prescriptions for those that had expired or with no refills and scheduled my lab tests that were due. A good visit. Always professional and knowledgeable in his dealings with the patient.

Scheduled appt. No where did it say I could state a time frame. I did write that it was for a physical. Thirty minutes before the appt I get a call and they said "I" scheduled a 15 minute appt and a physical could not be done in 15 minutes. I never scheduled how LONG the appt would be. Very inconvenient for me to have to reschedule.
The above ratings are excellent because I never saw him and it was not his fault that this happened...so don't want to ding him. And this survey won't just let me leave a comment.

I love Dr. Mersberger. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and discusses with you treatments. I feel like I'm more involved in my medical care instead of just hearing do this because I said so like I've experienced with other physicians.
