He takes his time to check my child. Will answer any questions. He makes sure that he answered your questions.

Doctor was fine. Office administration is terrible. We found the doctor on zocdoc simply because we like the convenience and practicality of zocdoc. We successfully scheduled a first visit. For our second visit, we scheduled on zocdoc, only to have the office lecture us two phone calls and ample hold time later that zocdoc is used just for marketing purposes to new patients, and that we have to schedule through the office from now on. For the third visit, we were told the same thing, and were not given our desired appointment date and time even though that time was posted as available on zocdoc.
So, we are forced to find a new pediatrician for our baby who supports zocdoc not just the FIRST time, but EVERY time.
Doctor can be a great option if you like to waste time, do duplicative work, or still live in the stone age. If you specifically need the convenience of zocdoc, it's a bait and switch. Plus, the administrative staff's mannerisms leave much to be desired.
