Definitely call, office is very busy and doesn't check appointments made through here....at least thats what happen in my situation. I was able to get in for the same time and date, no issues there. Overall experience was good, plan on going back.

Dr Mon was nice and thorough but the office was in pretty rough shape. Missing some trim. Missing some ceiling tiles. Maybe they are prepping for a remodel?

The worst doctor I've ever visited. My joints have been swollen and painful to the point where it hurts to type or walk. Instead of being gentle when examining me, Dr Mon squeezed my fingers so hard I was sobbing. It felt like he was crushing my fingers. I begged him to be gentle, but he wouldn't listen. He then suggested I was mentally ill because I was tearing up from his rough examination. It was humiliating.
