This is what I posted on Yelp: Each element of a practice has the potential to ruin the experience for the patient. Thus each element of a practice can be judged by criteria that defines their specific jobs. #1) The office staff were very pleasant and helped me get an appointment around my crazy work schedule. #2) The nurses were very professional and seemed to genuinely like their job. #3) The first time I was there I saw one of the Nurse Practitioners. I’m embarrassed to admit, I totally forgot her name. But she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about her craft. She discussed options with me that I never considered in the 30 years I’ve been dealing with my issue. #4) Today I saw Dr. Wiseman Sr. For anyone who has spoken with a Doc while they rest their hand on the door knob, that’s not this guy. He sat across from me and we had a discussion like I was the only one in the building. I can be tenacious with questions and after a while I noticed his VERY subtle body language that indicated the topic was over. However, when I kept at him, he was very professional and answered all of my questions in detail. My overall opinion of this practice is that it runs smoothly from start to finish. Letting me concentrate on the reason I was there. Chuck

It was excellent - a little bit of a wait but well worth it! Excellent information on my test results and treatment plan.
Everyone at the practice was considerate and professional. The doctor was knowledgable and explained things thoroughly.
Best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Caring, concerned, professional. Always a great experience.

It was a little too quick. I think I would have liked to discuss my issues a little more.
Always nice and personable. Always explains everything and is upfront.
Always has the time to listen and explain; never rushes the visit.

Very personable! Have been going for years. Really like him.
He's very nice, though I always feel a little rushed.
He's been my doctor long before ZocDoc came along....but he's always been current - even progressive in his thinking. All went very, very well.

I was only with the doctor for about 2 minutes. He said he'd do labs and asked me to come back the following week. I don't even know what labs he ran. The nurses who checked me out didn't know, either, so they assumed it was a general panel. I've always had great experiences in the past, but today seemed very rushed and chaotic.
Dr. Wiseman is great, as is the entire Wiseman Family practice. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen, and they're knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I'd recommend Wiseman Family Practice to anyone!
