I was a little disappointed during this particular visit. I had to wait an hour before I was seen, and when I asked why another person was taken before me, I was told that they were there before me. And I said, no, they had come in after me. I had been waiting for an hour, and they had been waiting for half an hour. That, I did not think was right. If you don’t stand up for yourself, then no one will.
