The overall experience was great! I have never been to have a skin cancer screening before so some direction prior to the appointment would have been helpful to put the patient at ease of what to expect. Other than that it was painless, quick and easy. I had it built up in my mind differently but it was not bad and I will do it yearly now.

The office staff was courteous, the appoint wait time was reasonable and the doctor was prompt and knowledgeable. The office visit moved along smoothly and I was in and out quickly.

Dr. Ross received her Bachelor of Science, with honors, from University of Florida, and received her medical degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She performed her internship and dermatology residency at Largo Medical Center, where she served as the Chief Intern and Co-Chief Resident. Very nicely decorated office. But it really helps to get a doctor that listens and trusts that you are the best person that knows your body the most. Look for a doctor that treats you and not your blood work. Dr. Ross is not that doctor.

My 2 appointments with this office have been very disappointing. Dr. Ross is much better than the nurse practitioner I had seen the first time I went to their office (who was uber-rushed, gave me incorrect information and had the worst bedside manner), and Dr. Ross did answer all of my questions. But I still expected Dr. Ross to do a minor procedure on me (that we had discussed) or at least plan for it in the future and she seemed to forget. She never came back in the exam room. Just a very disappointing experience all around.

The visit was great. The only frustrating part was that filling out the forms on ZocDoc did no good. They said they couldn't print them out. So had to fill out all the forms again at their office.

Coming from a family of NYC doctors, it takes a lot to impress me when going to my own doctors. Dr. Ross has done just that by been nothing but professional and knowledgeable. Her staff is also lovely, and took the time to figure out my somewhat confusing international health insurance without a single complaint.

Excellent visit, took the time to answer all and or any questions. Staff was also very helpful. The 30 min. plus wait was a bit much, but even though we waited a long time, once they started with us, they didn't rush us out, they took their time to make sure we were satisfied with everything they discussed.
